UWIAA Belize 2024 Pelican Award
The UWIAA Belize Chapter held its annual Pelican Awards on June 28th, 2024. This year, two distinguished Alumni were honored for their exceptional contributions. Ms. Amilin Mendez received The UWIAA Service of Excellence Pinnacle Award, celebrating her unwavering dedication and impactful service in the area of development justice. Justice Michelle Arana OBE was awarded The UWIAA Professional Excellence Apex Award, acknowledging her remarkable professional achievements and exemplary service in the legal field. The event highlighted the significant accomplishments of these esteemed recipients, reinforcing the values of excellence and dedication upheld by The UWI and its Alumni.
