Brewing connections over a rich cup of coffee, Coffee with Classmates (CwC) is the perfect blend of intergenerational networking and camaraderie for UWI alumni. Participants meet new people and see some familiar faces every time – that is what keeps it interesting! This vibrant monthly event, sponsored by Cafe Blue—a champion of sustainability—pairs their sumptuous, sustainably sourced coffee and delectable pastries with the warm spirit of the UWIAA, who proudly support the One UWI Responsible Futures Programme and strive to make all their activities eco-conscious. Special thanks goes to UWIAA Jamaica Chapter President Nicolette Wright-Black, Jamaica Chapter Vice President for External & Corporate Affairs, Stephen Harker and UWI Alumni professionals Craigrie Rhooms and Celia Davidson Francis for their steadfast support in making this December 2024 gathering extraordinary.
