"One UWI, One Alumni Family"

At UWI Cave Hill – Brendon, Malike and Dennis excel!

UWI STAT Ambassador Mr. Brendon Duncan of the Cave Hill Corps, was awarded a Chevening Scholarship to pursue a MSc. in Information Security at UCL.

Additionally, Cave Hill UWI STAT Alumni Ambassador Mr. Malike Kellier was awarded the Chevening Scholarship to study a Masters in Human Rights Law.

UWI STAT Ambassador, Mr. Dennis McCall Jr. was awarded with the Leicester Castle Business School Best Student Performance on the Air Transport Management Course as part of his completion of his degree en route to his PhD in sustainable aviation in the Caribbean region. Sustainable intra-regional travel is vital for the achievement of the fullest potential of the Caribbean’s regional integration, economic development, tourism, and agriculture and therefore Dennis’s research will undoubtedly be of immense value.

The Founder and Director of the UWI STAT Regional Corps, Celia Davidson Francis is delighted about this news and notes that the UWI STAT community across the 5 UWI Campuses is proud of their outstanding achievements.  Mrs. Roseanne Maxwell, who is responsible for the Ambassadors at Cave Hill, also expressed her pleasure at the news and highlighted how proud she is of this student-led organization.
